The case design prevents the phone from charging properly. The charging port does not fully accommodate the cable when the case is installed, leaving a gap at the bottom of the phone.
I contacted the company to report the defective case and requested a full return and refund for the entire order. Their response was an offer of a $15 partial refund while requiring me to keep the defective product. They also imposed unnecessary obstacles for returning the item.
I do not recommend this product or the company’s customer service. I am initiating a charge dispute and will pursue the full refund through the appropriate channels.

Not able to charge the phone even if the kickstand is pushed completely in. It shows green but charging is very very very slow. Same magsafe charger with another cover charges quite quickly.
