The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Shipping Time: 5~15 Days (Depending on the region and the available shipping option)

- US Shipping fee: Free shipping over $40, otherwise $2.99 Flat fee
- EU & AU Shipping fee: Free shipping over $40, otherwise $4.99 Flat fee
- South Pacific Asia Shipping Fee: Free shipping over $40, otherwise $4.99 Flat fee
- Other Countries: Flat fee of $30 Applies to all orders

Return information
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. As long as your order has not yet shipped and falls within the allowed cancellation period, we can assist with order cancellation upon request.
Return Eligibility
We have a 180-day return policy. Screen protectors are eligible for return or replacement within 180 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Reason Code A: Wrong item received
- Reason Code B: Damaged or defective item
- Reason Code C: Unsatisfactory quality
Please note that items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@magicjohn.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and opened or used screen protectors. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Screen protectors are eligible for return or replacement within 180 days.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
